The intimate setting of the Cedar Pipe Cellar houses the restaurant’s collection of nearly 5,000 bottles and 300 different selections of wine. Guests in the cellar may create menu and wine pairings based on personal preference, or place themselves in the chef’s hands to create a unique tasting menu for the evening.
